Land Lease Agreement

Be it known to all that the landowner Mrs. Name (citizenship no. 000000) (herein after called the first party) and Mr. Name (citizenship no. 43082) (herein after called the second party) do hereby agree to let the land situated in Lalitpur district Chhampi, VDC Ward no. 4, plot no. 395 with area 2-15-3-0 (Ropani-anna-paisa-dam) and fare the land on lease for agribusiness purpose under the following terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions

1.      The rent shall be Rs. 600,000/- (In words: Six Lakhs Only) yearly.

2.      The rent shall be payable by the second party.

3.      Rent amount shall be paid one week prior of every three months.

4.      Three months prior notice shall be given incase if the lease on the land is to be terminated.

5.      The period of this contract shall be for 10 years. The fresh contract shall be change in to incase of the period to be changed.

6.      Any dispute between the parties shall be cited at office of the District Administration Office Lalitpur Nepal.

This agreement may be amended or modified by the mutual consent and all such amendments or modifications shall be kept in writing as part of this agreement. This contract is signed in good faith today January 1, 2015 on behalf of both the parties and received a copy each.
